Maxime Durand was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Red Bull Crystallis booed when France was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henry Robiquet didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Rene Flor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. Henry Robiquet made in the 37th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Red Bull Crystallis's Cecilio Steven. Stevie Gerrard kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 44th minute, William Bodin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Maxime Durand didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rene Flor went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Camille Baume hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Red Bull Crystallis's Octavio Efraim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camille Baume in the 58th minute of play. Maxime Durand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Flor in the 59th minute of the match. After 61 minutes of play, Red Bull Crystallis's Rene Flor made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maxime Durand was left in no man's land by his defense there! Octavio Efraim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Peletier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Zeledon Urdaspal fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Red Bull Crystallis's protests and gave Zeledon Urdaspal a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of France booed when Red Bull Crystallis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeledon Urdaspal didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 72nd minute of the match David Barbier sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Octavio Efraim skillfully saved the ball. Frank Peletier might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Octavio Efraim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frank Peletier ran back to his position shaking his head. Maxime Durand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Arnas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frank Peletier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavio Efraim having to interfere. In the 89th minute, France's Frank Peletier ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Octavio Efraim. Octavio Efraim yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-1. In the 95th minute, Uno Vägi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
