If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Alastair Moody tried to sneak it across the goal line. Balazs Lajos struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Arnoldo Sandalio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Antal Valentin got a free kick in the 10th minute. Arnoldo Sandalio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Takacs Tibor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antal Valentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Arnoldo Sandalio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Gregory in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by Trenel AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. Hungary's Antal Valentin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arnoldo Sandalio in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 22 minutes into the match, Takacs Tibor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnoldo Sandalio. Trenel AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Takacs Tibor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antal Valentin in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnoldo Sandalio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 29th minute of play forced Trenel AFC's goalkeeper Arnoldo Sandalio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute, Antal Valentin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 34 minutes into the match, Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alastair Moody. 36 minutes into the game, Hungary's Balazs Lajos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnoldo Sandalio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. The supporters of Hungary booed when Trenel AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alastair Moody didn't get a good kick on the ball. Major Barna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 46 minutes into the game, Trenel AFC's Timoteo Matro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fodor Daniel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alastair Moody to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Trenel AFC's goalkeeper Arnoldo Sandalio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. With a little luck, Trenel AFC's Arnoldo Sandalio got control of the ball when Major Barna tried to sneak it across the goal line. The corner led Hungary's Antal Valentin to fire away a dangerous shot which Arnoldo Sandalio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Trenel AFC's Arnoldo Sandalio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Trenel AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 61st match minute, Trenel AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celedonio Frascuelo to maneuver through the defense. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alastair Moody in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. In the 76th minute Takacs Tibor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Sandalio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 78th minute by Antal Valentin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Trenel AFC made a substitution. Rodolfo Mincho replaced Ariel Valiente. Arnoldo Sandalio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manfred Kjellqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celedonio Frascuelo hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Trenel AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Balazs Lajos scored to the left of an out of position Arnoldo Sandalio, making the score, 1-4. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alastair Moody's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. After 93 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Boros Benedek. Manfred Kjellqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. Antal Valentin scored 1-5 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnoldo Sandalio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hungary played a much better game than Trenel AFC and deserved their victory. The Trenel AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
