Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Stellan Artois got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris Mergenthaler to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th minute, Malte Schiele hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 6th minute of the match Stellan Artois sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Kahn skillfully saved the ball. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Stellan Artois took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Tommy Kahn to make any attempt to save it. In the 13th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonides Medardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. San Lorenzo de Mar del's Leonides Medardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saturnino Gilabert in the 18th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 19 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Willy Stieler. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 23rd minute of play forced San Lorenzo de Mar del's goalkeeper Leonides Medardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute, Frank Sachs made a precise shot to the right of Leonides Medardo. San Lorenzo de Mar del's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sergio Blai got free with Tommy Kahn in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albin Holweck in the 28th minute of play forced San Lorenzo de Mar del's goalkeeper Leonides Medardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute of the match Germany got a corner. San Lorenzo de Mar del's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Frank Sachs ran over to the corner to take the kick. Frank Sachs made a great header on Germany's corner, it was just that San Lorenzo de Mar del's Leonides Medardo managed to reach the ball for a save. Leonides Medardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albin Holweck in the 30th minute of play. Frank Sachs scored 1-2 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonides Medardo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leonides Medardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Sven Krakouer was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 41 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by San Lorenzo de Mar del's Sergio Blai. But to his dismay, Sergio Blai quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saturnino Gilabert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the match, Saturnino Gilabert notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 60th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Janik Vogt to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stellan Artois in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Germany's Adrian Dreifuss got a free kick in the 65th minute. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stellan Artois in the 67th minute of play. After 69 played minutes San Lorenzo de Mar del got a freekick which was hit by Luis Aurken. A collision led to San Lorenzo de Mar del getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Luis Aurken hit a great ball. After 74 minutes, Stellan Artois made it 5-2 with a short kick to the right side. Germany's Tommy Kahn tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Germany booed when San Lorenzo de Mar del was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Aurken didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute, Saturnino Gilabert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of San Lorenzo de Mar del booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Dreifuss didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stellan Artois scored 6-2 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by San Lorenzo de Mar del's Stellan Artois. But to his dismay, Stellan Artois quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-2. When the referee ended the match the San Lorenzo de Mar del players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
