After 8 played minutes -BZF- Viitorul Buzau got a freekick which was hit by Liviu Miclescu. In the 9th minute, Kristian Stephansson made a precise shot to the right of Horaţiu Mendrea. -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 21 played minutes FC Bullen got a freekick which was hit by Mats Hellström. Harry Gullesson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Horaţiu Mendrea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jack Olsmann in the 27th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's goal looked a bit too open when Jack Olsmann came free, but Horaţiu Mendrea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Jack Olsmann's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Horaţiu Mendrea was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. 34 minutes into the game, Jack Olsmann cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Horaţiu Mendrea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 38 minutes into the game, Jan Hedkvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Bullen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave -BZF- Viitorul Buzau the free kick. Jan Hedkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jack Olsmann in the 40th minute of play forced -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's goalkeeper Horaţiu Mendrea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute Eric Johnsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horaţiu Mendrea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Horaţiu Mendrea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jack Olsmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. 47 minutes into the match, Jack Olsmann had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Horaţiu Mendrea. -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jack Olsmann was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luca Mureșan to make the kick off. Jan Hedkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Henric Vedholm might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Horaţiu Mendrea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Henric Vedholm ran back to his position shaking his head. 55 minutes into the game, Luca Mureșan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Bullen the free kick. In the 55th match minute, -BZF- Viitorul Buzau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luca Mureșan to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Mats Hellström from long distance, 56 minutes into the match, got Horaţiu Mendrea's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Luca Mureșan kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Horaţiu Mendrea came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Bullen's Henric Vedholm. But to his dismay, Henric Vedholm quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. With a little luck, -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's Horaţiu Mendrea got control of the ball when Henric Vedholm tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's zone, Henric Vedholm stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Horaţiu Mendrea came out of the goal and Henric Vedholm tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jack Olsmann got free with Horaţiu Mendrea in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the -BZF- Viitorul Buzau defense, Henric Vedholm kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Horaţiu Mendrea. The -BZF- Viitorul Buzau fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Horaţiu Mendrea should have stopped the shot. 69 minutes into the game, Henric Vedholm cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Horaţiu Mendrea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jack Olsmann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Horaţiu Mendrea made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Jan Hedkvist took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Horaţiu Mendrea to make any attempt to save it. Horaţiu Mendrea was a little too slow when Jan Hedkvist got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 0-8. Horaţiu Mendrea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Hedkvist in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Henric Vedholm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jack Olsmann who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Horaţiu Mendrea when he managed to save the team from getting behind. -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's Horaţiu Mendrea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Johnsson in the 91st minute of play. -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's Horaţiu Mendrea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jack Olsmann in the 93rd minute of play. -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's Horaţiu Mendrea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save -BZF- Viitorul Buzau from getting a goal against them. In the last second Horaţiu Mendrea throw himself and got hold of the ball when Jack Olsmann in the 98thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. When the final whistle sounded FC Bullen left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than -BZF- Viitorul Buzau.
