In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sarı kaya FK's goalkeeper Menderes Tekdoğan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Birol Pamiroğlu got free with Ali Kürşat Serimer in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ali Kürşat Serimer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erdem Vasfi, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Ali Kürşat Serimer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sadettin Açıkalın in the 25th minute of play. 28 minutes into the game, Bilgehan Dalga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sarı kaya FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ZONGULDAKKÖMÜRSPOR the free kick. Fahri Kiram recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hasan Tahsin Tamay kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, ZONGULDAKKÖMÜRSPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Ozan Şendoğan came free, but Ali Kürşat Serimer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fahri Kiram stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. ZONGULDAKKÖMÜRSPOR's Fahri Kiram got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There was no doubt that Sarı kaya FK were the better team. Sarı kaya FK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
