The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Angelo Santio kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. 3 minutes into the game, Vecdi Oruz lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Hipolito Jerrold. The supporters of Electric Futbol Club booed when Sarı kaya FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bekir Çolakoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th match minute, Electric Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filomeno Garikoitz to maneuver through the defense. Hipolito Jerrold made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vecdi Oruz in the 13th minute. Angelo Santio kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Electric Futbol Club's Hipolito Jerrold played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Faruk Serim in the 18th minute of play. A collision led to Sarı kaya FK getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Ahmet Ozan Şendoğan hit a great ball. After 29 played minutes Electric Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Carolo Etxepare. Electric Futbol Club's Hipolito Jerrold proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Electric Futbol Club from getting a goal against them. After 32 minutes, Victorino Aguirre made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Sarı kaya FK's Menderes Tekdoğan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 40 minutes of play, Sarı kaya FK's Vecdi Oruz made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hipolito Jerrold was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 47th minute Aldo Enmanuel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Menderes Tekdoğan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vecdi Oruz made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Ahmet Ozan Şendoğan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 52 played minutes Electric Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Carmelo Teofilio. Hipolito Jerrold showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vecdi Oruz, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute Vecdi Oruz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hipolito Jerrold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Menderes Tekdoğan made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Aldo Enmanuel sent off a good shot on target. Hipolito Jerrold showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vecdi Oruz in the 67th minute of the match. Angelo Santio hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Menderes Tekdoğan was a little too slow when Victorino Aguirre got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 2-3. Hipolito Jerrold showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dursun Yasin, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Hipolito Jerrold took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ragnar Lodborg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ahmet Ozan Şendoğan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 89 minutes into the match, Victorino Aguirre had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Menderes Tekdoğan. Sarı kaya FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victorino Aguirre was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. Electric Futbol Club's Victorino Aguirre got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 95th match minute, Sarı kaya FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daryl Dixson to maneuver through the defense. The Sarı kaya FK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Electric Futbol Club's performance. The match ended with a win for Electric Futbol Club.
