In the 18th minute, Live-Red FK's Osvald Spets seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Osvald Spets the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Live-Red FK protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Osvald Spets had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to Live-Red FK getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Osvald Spets hit a great ball. Beltxe Baltanas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Einar Kilstedt having to make a save. Live-Red FK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Roger Nadal scored to the left of an out of position Einar Kilstedt, making the score, 1-0. Georg Qvalfeldt might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Beltza Gasso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Georg Qvalfeldt ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind UD JuanJo's goalkeeper Beltza Gasso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fredrik Kinnman might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Beltza Gasso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fredrik Kinnman ran back to his position shaking his head. Georg Qvalfeldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Beltza Gasso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Olof Malm in the 40th minute of play forced UD JuanJo's goalkeeper Beltza Gasso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Einar Kilstedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roger Nadal in the 41st minute of the match. Beltxe Baltanas's late challenge caught a Live-Red FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Beltxe Baltanas helped the player get up and apologised. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Georg Qvalfeldt to make the kick off. Live-Red FK's Einar Kilstedt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leizarraga Contreras in the 51st minute of play. Einar Kilstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roger Nadal in the 52nd minute of play. Fredrik Kinnman hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute Bertran Aceves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Einar Kilstedt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan-Olof Malm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute, Jan-Olof Malm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 63rd minute Jan-Olof Malm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beltza Gasso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of UD JuanJo booed when Live-Red FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rickard Ek didn't get a good kick on the ball. A beautiful save bye Live-Red FK's goalie prevented a goal. Live-Red FK's Georg Qvalfeldt was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 92nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Beltza Gasso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Olof Malm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Live-Red FK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
