A collision led to Coriano FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Pang Zhen hit a great ball. Hassan Marcou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Beppe Puce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dave De Bartolo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute Bernardo Scandella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beppe Puce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 13 played minutes GG Team FC got a freekick which was hit by Yao Yao Di. GG Team FC's Fortunato Montini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damiano Di Nucci in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, GG Team FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Baciadonne came free, but Fortunato Montini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 19 minutes, Hassan Marcou managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GG Team FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hassan Marcou was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Beppe Puce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dave De Bartolo in the 22nd minute of the match. They were losing 0-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dave De Bartolo made a kick off. Fortunato Montini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Melone, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Coriano FC's Beppe Puce proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Coriano FC from getting a goal against them. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
