After a rather tough play, KaoS Futbol Club's Narciso Noe got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute, Miguel Tristan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pierluigi Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urtungo Verdejo in the 13th minute of the match. Biagio Tolin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacob Albuquerque went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Pierluigi Buffon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elia Bosco in the 18th minute. When Arrigo Tolin fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Medoacus Maior's protests and gave Arrigo Tolin a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of KaoS Futbol Club booed when Medoacus Maior was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arrigo Tolin didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Medoacus Maior getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Alvaro Tolin hit a great ball. Noel Hargrave recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 25 played minutes KaoS Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Jacob Albuquerque. KaoS Futbol Club's Pierluigi Buffon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save KaoS Futbol Club from getting a goal against them. Jacob Albuquerque sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 40 played minutes Medoacus Maior got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Tolin. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

KaoS Futbol Club's Pierluigi Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urtungo Verdejo in the 70th minute of play. If Lluis Companys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. KaoS Futbol Club's Igor Lebas was substituted for Jacob Albuquerque. KaoS Futbol Club made a substitution. Andres Baresi replaced Amancio Semeno.
