The supporters of Bicicleta F.C. booed when Rivermania FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Astor Edur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benito Martxot's late challenge caught a Bicicleta F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 29th minute Amador Jorrin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Fliz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Rivermania FC's goalkeeper Donato Fliz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilberto Lauaxeta. Donato Fliz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgardo Iruinea's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Segundo Feliu in the 41st minute of play forced Rivermania FC's goalkeeper Donato Fliz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgardo Iruinea was extremely unlucky when he, in the 45th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Thanks to some nice moves Segundo Feliu could shoot a difficult shot in the 47th minute, which Donato Fliz however easily saved by the left post. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Segundo Feliu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After taking down the ball on Bicicleta F.C.'s corner Amador Jorrin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Donato Fliz quite easily take care of the ball. Segundo Feliu took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Donato Fliz. Donato Fliz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Rivermania FC's Donato Fliz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eleuterio Sotil in the 64th minute of play. Donato Fliz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgardo Iruinea in the 65th minute of play. In the 67th minute Edgardo Iruinea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Fliz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donato Fliz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Lauaxeta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Donato Fliz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Segundo Feliu in the 74th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Segundo Feliu made a precise shot to the right of Donato Fliz. Rivermania FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 85th minute Pastor Lorencio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacio Atauri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Rivermania FC defense, Segundo Feliu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Donato Fliz. The Rivermania FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Donato Fliz should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Bicicleta F.C. booed when Rivermania FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uriel Illart didn't get a good kick on the ball. Donato Fliz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Jorrin in the 94th minute of play. 95 minutes into the game, Pastor Lorencio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ignacio Atauri. Pastor Lorencio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Bicicleta F.C. had played much better football throughout.
