After 7 played minutes Rivermania FC got a freekick which was hit by Benito Martxot. 8 minutes into the match, Rivermania FC's goalkeeper Donato Fliz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonel Libertad. Rivermania FC's Donato Fliz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Rivermania FC from getting a goal against them. Donato Fliz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arturo Lopez went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Donato Fliz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Paşa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute Deportivo Pomelo Nenene were awarded a corner. Leonel Libertad went to the cornerflag to take it. 18 minutes into the game, Leonel Libertad recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Donato Fliz. Leonel Libertad showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. After some careless play in the Rivermania FC defense, Arturo Lopez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Donato Fliz. The Rivermania FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Donato Fliz should have stopped the shot. Albino Maiorga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 45 played minutes Rivermania FC got a freekick which was hit by Uriel Vincente. After 46 played minutes Rivermania FC got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Mazuste. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonel Libertad got free with Donato Fliz in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-2 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pastor Lorencio to strike the kick off in the second half. J.P. Drugi kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Albino Maiorga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pastor Lorencio went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-3 was the resulting score. In the 86th match minute, Rivermania FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uriel Illart to maneuver through the defense. Rivermania FC's Donato Fliz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Paşa in the 89th minute of play. When Ahmet Paşa came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Deportivo Pomelo Nenene fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Paşa couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene had won after a very even match.
