Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Waldo Renteria took the kick off in the first half of the match. Cascade Park West's Dario Wilhelm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 29th minute of play. Dario Wilhelm didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gijsbert ter Kruimer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dario Wilhelm made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wim Wilmes in the 52nd minute. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waldo Renteria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gustaaf Groeneveldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Dario Wilhelm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Gustaaf Groeneveldt came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustaaf Groeneveldt couldn't finish the play. In the 69th minute, Wim Wilmes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dario Wilhelm made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 72nd minute. 75 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Amir Lee came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
