Fodor Daniel had in the 22ndth minute some difficulties stopping Eugeniusz Kolbert's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. MKS Maczka's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Folke Samuelsson in the 23rd minute. Igor Fleischer made a great header on MKS Maczka's corner, it was just that Hungary's Fodor Daniel managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 52nd minute, Balazs Lajos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emil Cvitanović was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugeniusz Kolbert, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Emil Cvitanović made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Hegedus Henrik sent off a good shot on target. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Dariusz Gacek didn't get a good kick on the ball. MKS Maczka's Pankracy Gaszynski was substituted for Igor Fleischer. Eugeniusz Kolbert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fodor Daniel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eugeniusz Kolbert went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Antal Valentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hungary's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
