Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Wu Qi started the match with the kick off. If Benny Niva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vince Di Cola made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Benny Niva sent off a good shot on target. If Wu Qi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 19 minutes into the game, Benny Niva cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Vince Di Cola was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Christos Skondras made in the 24th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Alexis Sanchez. Celta de Virgos's Zacarias Ascencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Skytt in the 26th minute of play. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Celta de Virgos's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Allan Bivall was slow to take the kick. During this time Samurai's players had a chance to rest. Samurai's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Allan Bivall in the 29th minute. A nice corner shot did that Wu Qi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Zacarias Ascencio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Zacarias Ascencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wu Qi in the 30th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Celta de Virgos's Vince Di Cola threw himself towards the right post 36 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Dündar Aynacıoğlu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Zacarias Ascencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus Skytt in the 40th minute of play. After 46 minutes Celta de Virgos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Allan Bivall who took care of the corner kick. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benny Niva made a kick off. Vince Di Cola didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bernardino Rosio went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. When Celta de Virgos's Benny Niva in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Samurai's goalie prevented a goal. 62 minutes into the match, Celta de Virgos's goal looked a bit too open when Wu Qi came free, but Zacarias Ascencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zacarias Ascencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wu Qi in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute Benny Niva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vince Di Cola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samurai's Esbjörn Hultstrand was substituted for Wu Qi. Samurai's Timmy Henriksson was substituted for Marcus Skytt. Samurai's Terry Silver was substituted for Hernán Grana. Vince Di Cola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Astudillo in the 69th minute of the match. Celta de Virgos were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after Samurai's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bernardino Rosio took the corner. In the 73rd minute Samurai were awarded a corner. Allan Bivall went to the cornerflag to take it. The crowd rose to their feet as Esbjörn Hultstrand kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zacarias Ascencio. That made the score 2-2 in the 76 minute of play. After 79 minutes of play, Samurai's Esbjörn Hultstrand made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zacarias Ascencio was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Bernardino Rosio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vince Di Cola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Astudillo in the 89th minute of play. Timmy Henriksson succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-4 in the 92nd playminute. Vince Di Cola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Astudillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. In the 95th minute David Astudillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vince Di Cola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Celta de Virgos supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Samurai's performance. The match ended with a win for Samurai.
