The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Aytek Samin in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 58th minute, Boros Benedek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th minute, Aldo Fernanco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Retorno de Palermo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 68th minute, Martin Videl made a precise shot to the right of Fodor Daniel. Hungary's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zygmunt Malik in the 72nd minute of the match. The El Retorno de Palermo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
