Sandro Galishoff started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a rather tough play, Austria's Fabio Schneider got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 4th minute of the match Leandro Donatello sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabio Auer skillfully saved the ball. Fabio Auer stood somewhat misplaced when Germano Cano came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 6 minute. After some careless play in the Austria defense, German Cano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabio Auer. The Austria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabio Auer should have stopped the shot. After 20 played minutes Fluminense di Parma got a freekick which was hit by Jardel Berger. In the 22nd match minute, Fluminense di Parma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelo Baptista to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute of the match Sandro Galishoff sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Erik Ramalho skillfully saved the ball. Leonhard Maier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Ramalho having to interfere. 29 minutes into the game, Fabio Schneider was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Austria's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fluminense di Parma the free kick. After a rather tough play, Austria's Fabio Schneider got a free kick in the 29th minute. Fabio Schneider recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 32 played minutes Fluminense di Parma got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Donatello. Germano Canos short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Fabio Auer to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jardel Berger during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Austria booed when Fluminense di Parma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jardel Berger didn't get a good kick on the ball. Austria's Sandro Galishoff couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 39th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Fluminense di Parma. Fabio Schneider fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Ramalho having to interfere. After 45 played minutes Fluminense di Parma got a freekick which was hit by Dito Gaúcho.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Germano Cano to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Fabio Schneider managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Austria's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabio Schneider was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 54thth minute of the game Germano Cano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Austria's Fabio Auer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 54 minutes, Germano Cano made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Austria's Fabio Auer tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonas Nalder kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Fabio Auer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Germano Cano in the 58th minute of play. 60 minutes into the game, Fabio Schneider recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Erik Ramalho. Fabio Schneider showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. In the 65th minute of the match Leandro Donatello sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabio Auer skillfully saved the ball. When Rafael Riedl fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Austria's protests and gave Rafael Riedl a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Austria getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Rafael Riedl hit a great ball. Leandro Donatello took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fabio Auer. Austria's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 75 played minutes Fluminense di Parma got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Baptista. After recieving a nice pass, Austria's Fabio Schneider tried to score from far away in the 77th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Fluminense di Parma's Erik Ramalho got control of the ball when Sandro Galishoff tried to sneak it across the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Celso Pena had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabio Auer. Austria's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Celso Pena was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Fabio Schneider hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Celso Pena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Christian Wallner charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christian Wallner the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 91st minute of the game. One of Austria:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Fluminense di Parma:s goal. Fabio Auer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celso Pena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Austria players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Fluminense di Parma.
