In the 18th minute, one of GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hüsmen Ufuk in the 23rd minute. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Germany booed when GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeynel Atabek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hüsmen Ufuks short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Tommy Kahn to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Sachs made a kick off. After 59 played minutes GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR got a freekick which was hit by Baykal Bolat. GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's Sancar Aktemur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albin Holweck in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Adrian Dreifuss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hüsmen Ufuk in the 64th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hüsmen Ufuk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sancar Aktemur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frank Sachs in the 76th minute. After a rather tough play, Germany's Sven Krakouer got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Alex De Souza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Sancar Aktemur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albin Holweck in the 88th minute of the match. Tommy Kahn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hüsmen Ufuk's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Germany's zone, Alex De Souza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal and Alex De Souza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Albin Holweck hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match.
