Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Tudor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vasile Blănaru in the 10th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Tudor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 12 minutes, Fodor Daniel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Martin Tudor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 13th minute of play. Martin Tudor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Karol Czempa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 25th minute of play forced Progresul Pitesti's goalkeeper Martin Tudor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Progresul Pitesti's goal looked a bit too open when Takacs Tibor came free, but Martin Tudor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute, Major Barna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Florin Logofătu hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Martin Tudor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Balazs Lajos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute, Major Barna made a precise shot to the right of Martin Tudor. Progresul Pitesti's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antal Valentin made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hegedus Henrik in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Martin Tudor saved Progresul Pitesti from getting behind. In the 52nd match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Szekeres Tamas to maneuver through the defense. Vintilă Marinică kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Florin Logofătu hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. 56 minutes into the match, Progresul Pitesti's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Martin Tudor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Martin Tudor managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when Hungary's Takacs Tibor fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Martin Tudor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 60th minute. In the 63rd minute, Szekeres Tamas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Progresul Pitesti's Vintilă Marinică got a free kick in the 64th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Progresul Pitesti's zone, Antal Valentin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martin Tudor came out of the goal and Antal Valentin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Karol Czempa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Martin Tudor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Martin Tudor managed to avoid a goal in the 75thth minute, when Hungary's Balazs Lajos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Hungary booed when Progresul Pitesti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florin Logofătu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Progresul Pitesti's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. The corner led Hungary's Antal Valentin to fire away a dangerous shot which Martin Tudor despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Chorache Tofiño received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karol Czempa in the 84th minute of the match. Martin Tudor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hegedus Henrik in the 85th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Antal Valentin got a free kick in the 91st minute. After 95 minutes of play, Hungary's Major Barna made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Martin Tudor was left in no man's land by his defense there!
