Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mădălin Cangeopol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Liviu Iordache showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s attentive Romeo Ieremia managed to snatch the ball when Bakos Endre made a throw-in in the 15th minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Bakos Endre in the 18th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Marian Axinte. Alper Benli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mădălin Cangeopol in the 26th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Alper Benli made a precise shot to the right of Fodor Daniel. Hungary's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 34th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liviu Iordache saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Major Barna might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Liviu Iordache. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Major Barna ran back to his position shaking his head. Bakos Endre made in the 37th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Balazs Lajos however managed to control. 39 minutes into the match, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Mădălin Cangeopol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fodor Daniel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Liviu Iordache showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Major Barna, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. Ovidiu Șişman was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 45 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Tractorul Satulung -MM- fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 45th minute. Penalty! The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antal Valentin to make the kick off. The supporters of Hungary booed when Tractorul Satulung -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sigmund Tutorskiy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Liviu Iordache came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Takacs Tibor. But to his dismay, Takacs Tibor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Alper Benli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fodor Daniel having to make a save. Liviu Iordache made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Hegedus Henrik sent off a good shot on target. Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Liviu Iordache proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Tractorul Satulung -MM- from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Bakos Endre got a free kick in the 61st minute. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mădălin Cangeopol in the 64th minute of play. Major Barna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Liviu Iordache proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Tractorul Satulung -MM- from getting a goal against them. Heintje Gamarra hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute, Mădălin Cangeopol left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tractorul Satulung -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Liviu Iordache proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Tractorul Satulung -MM- from getting a goal against them. Balazs Lajos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Liviu Iordache when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Antal Valentin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Liviu Iordache firmly grabbed it by the left post. With a little luck, Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Liviu Iordache got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Despite being the better team, Hungary failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
