After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, David Eikelkamp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but David Eikelkamp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sabin Pânzaru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. the xeneise dream team's Sabin Pânzaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 13th minute of play. In the 18th minute Lars Meesters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sabin Pânzaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, the xeneise dream team's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Sabin Pânzaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute Lars Meesters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sabin Pânzaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Netherlands's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Qian Cheng Xing scored to the left of an out of position Arnout Reekers, making the score, 1-0. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind the xeneise dream team's goalkeeper Sabin Pânzaru, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gustaaf Groeneveldt took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sabin Pânzaru. Sabin Pânzaru dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. the xeneise dream team's Sabin Pânzaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Meesters in the 31st minute of play. Sabin Pânzaru came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Lars Meesters. But to his dismay, Lars Meesters quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After 38 played minutes the xeneise dream team got a freekick which was hit by Domingos Camerino. Wim Wilmes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Qian Cheng Xing made a kick off. Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sabin Pânzaru having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Gustaaf Groeneveldt could shoot a difficult shot in the 56th minute, which Sabin Pânzaru however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucio Gabino in the 60th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arda Ardashov hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. the xeneise dream team's Isaac Sundberg was substituted for Lucio Gabino. 71 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Eutor came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 74 minutes into the match, the xeneise dream team's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Sabin Pânzaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isaac Sundberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnout Reekers having to interfere. Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sabin Pânzaru having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 82nd minute of play forced the xeneise dream team's goalkeeper Sabin Pânzaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 83 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by Lars Meesters. An unexpectedly hard shot by Habil Castolo in the 85th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute, Paolo Eutor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnout Reekers was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paolo Eutor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
