With a little luck, Italy's Flavio Vittori got control of the ball when 汪浩邦 tried to sneak it across the goal line. Flavio Vittori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 鲁林悦, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Zaccheo Andolina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 雷烨霆 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 23rd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when 鲁林悦 came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 雷烨霆 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zaccheo Andolina in the 38th minute of the match. Italy were furious when Gomberto Picozzi was red carded, 41 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 40 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Italy! 雷烨霆 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Porziano Marchitelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After the first half Italy were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Sigfrido Auletta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 81st minute, 范军希 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 【AC】Black Dragon-City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Italy's Sansone Vanella was substituted for Gianpaolo Mascari. The 【AC】Black Dragon-City fans' excitement grew in the 92nd match minute when 【AC】Black Dragon-City's 范军希 looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some careless play in the Italy defense, 范军希 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Flavio Vittori. The Italy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Flavio Vittori should have stopped the shot.
