LOI's George Buturugã played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind LOI's goalkeeper George Buturugã, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Italy's Eliseo Cutri quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Habib Durukan, made in the 25th minute of the game. George Buturugã stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zaccheo Andolina's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. The corner ended in Gianpaolo Mascari almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but LOI's George Buturugã did a great save. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zaccheo Andolina was the one to do the kick off. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Italy walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
