In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlético Mineiro's goalkeeper Fynn John, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fynn John, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Teodoro Mero came free with the goalkeeper in the 72nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Fynn John could save by the left post. After some careless play in the Atlético Mineiro defense, Faustão Costa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fynn John. The Atlético Mineiro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fynn John should have stopped the shot. Fynn John came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Beaumont FC's Faustão Costa. But to his dismay, Faustão Costa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. A collision led to Beaumont FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Aldo Faron hit a great ball. Şanver Deniz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomé Brasil in the 80th minute of play. Fynn John showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faustão Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlético Mineiro's goalkeeper Fynn John, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Atlético Mineiro supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Beaumont FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Beaumont FC.
