In the 17th minute Vehdi Niğdeli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sakarias Berggren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sakarias Berggren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vehdi Niğdeli, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. UÅ Mästerbotten's defense didn't have a chance, in the 45th minute, when Vehdi Niğdeli scored to the left of an out of position Sakarias Berggren, making the score, 5-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kurt Arvidsson to make the kick off.
