Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Viriato Moura took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Casemiro Joinvilense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 6 minutes into the match, Surahammar's Victor Santxol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilson Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 8th minute of the match Surahammar got a corner. Portugal's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Toninho Lara ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Jens Back almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Portugal's Wilson Amorim did a great save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Viriato Moura in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carl Engström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Victor Santxol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Amorim having to interfere. Victor Santxol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Wilson Amorim made a huge save. The supporters of Surahammar booed when Portugal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Pimentel didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Victor Santxol kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wilson Amorim. That made the score 1-0 in the 23 minute of play. With an all-out effort, Surahammar's Wilson Amorim threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Radamel Oakley, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 32 minutes into the match, Surahammar's goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Moura came free, but Carl Engström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radamel Oakley in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 36th minute of play forced Surahammar's goalkeeper Carl Engström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Felipe Barreto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carl Engström was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. In the 47th minute Felipe Barreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl Engström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Victor Santxol made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viriato Moura in the 53rd minute of play forced Surahammar's goalkeeper Carl Engström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carl Engström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caetano Moreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Santxol came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64thth minute of the game Caetano Moreira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Surahammar's Carl Engström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 65th minute Caetano Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl Engström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67thth minute of the game Radamel Oakley who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Portugal's Wilson Amorim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Surahammar fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Surahammar's Radamel Oakley looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. After a defensive mix-up in Portugal's zone, André Pettersson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal and André Pettersson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Surahammar getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Jens Back hit a great ball. 75 minutes into the match, Surahammar's André Pettersson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilson Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Carl Engström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolomeu Dias, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. If André Pettersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 80 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when André Pettersson came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Pettersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bartolomeu Dias in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carl Engström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 86th minute, Felipinho Amorim ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carl Engström was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Carl Engström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caetano Moreira in the 89th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, Surahammar's André Pettersson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilson Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
