Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Andreas Schjelderup made the kick off which started today's match. Andreas Schjelderup took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When Albin Holweck came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albin Holweck couldn't finish the play. 11 minutes into the game, Yulian Kichukov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Andreas Schjelderup had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sindre Walle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frank Sachs in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andreas Hansen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Germany's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Paul Caniggia scored to the left of an out of position Tommy Kahn, making the score, 3-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sven Krakouer during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sven Krakouer kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Andreas Hansen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 38th minute of play. Ulrich Stein was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Andreas Hansen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Sachs in the 43rd minute of the match. The supporters of Germany booed when FC Nordsjælland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aage Thegler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aage Thegler got a throw-in 46 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Andreas Schjelderup.
FC Nordsjælland made a substitution. Jeppe Tverskov replaced Paul Caniggia. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Sachs was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Germany's Willy Stieler got a free kick in the 63rd minute. When Andreas Schjelderup came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the FC Nordsjælland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andreas Schjelderup couldn't finish the play. Aage Thegler got his second yellow card in the match during the 66th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Aage Thegler kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Frank Sachs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andreas Hansen having to make a save. 75 minutes into the match, FC Nordsjælland's goalkeeper Andreas Hansen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Sachs. Andreas Schjelderup sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Nordsjælland had won after a very even match.
