Beek City's Arian Beqaj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 11th minute of play. Arian Beqaj took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sigfrido Auletta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marciano Hendrickx in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flavio Vittori saved Italy from getting behind. In the 19th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arian Beqaj saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 22 minutes Beek City's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sigfrido Auletta who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Beek City's goalie and right to Siricio Liotta. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Beek City's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 24 minutes into the match, Italy's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Rosalio came free, but Flavio Vittori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Porziano Marchitelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Arian Beqaj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marciano Hendrickx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Vittori having to interfere. In the 36th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arian Beqaj saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arian Beqaj stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zaccheo Andolina's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. In the 47th minute, Dimitri Diependaele hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marciano Hendrickx made a kick off. After 63 minutes of play, Beek City's Marciano Hendrickx made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Flavio Vittori was left in no man's land by his defense there! 73 minutes into the match, Marciano Hendrickx notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Italy's Flavio Vittori. Flavio Vittori was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Porziano Marchitelli scored 2-1 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arian Beqaj, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 85th minute Sigfrido Auletta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arian Beqaj saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Italy made a substitution. Guiscardo Davide replaced Sigfrido Auletta. Deodato Magliozzi got a throw-in 88 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Porziano Marchitelli. With a little luck, Beek City's Arian Beqaj got control of the ball when Adriano Curto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benny Stolle hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Arian Beqaj stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adriano Curto's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Heiko Sibon charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Heiko Sibon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 94th minute, Heiko Sibon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Porziano Marchitelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Beek City players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
