Thanks to some nice moves Ciro Gava could shoot a difficult shot in the 24th minute, which Fodor Daniel however easily saved by the left post. 27 minutes into the match, Black is Back's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Peter Svanberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute, Ciro Gava got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peter Svanberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Balazs Lajos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the match, Black is Back's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Peter Svanberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Georg Moberg in the 41st minute of play. Black is Back's Gugu Goiano was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fodor Daniel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ciro Gava's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. After 46 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Bakos Endre.

Black is Back's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciro Gava was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Black is Back's goalkeeper Peter Svanberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. The Black is Back players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
