Frank Sachs started the match with the kick off. Ciro Gava succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 4th playminute. After 10 played minutes Black is Back got a freekick which was hit by Carl Gummeson. In the 16th minute of the match, Ciro Gava got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tommy Kahn was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 24th minute, Black is Back's Ciro Gava ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Svanberg having to interfere. In the 30thth minute of the game Frank Sachs who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Black is Back's Peter Svanberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Black is Back getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Carl Eckegren hit a great ball. A throw-in in the 40th minute of the game was made by Carl Eckegren with Otto Kaxe as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Georg Moberg was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Germany booed when Black is Back was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carl Eckegren didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Black is Back getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Gugu Goiano hit a great ball. Frank Sachs's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 62ndth minute, Peter Svanberg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 64th minute Ciro Gava shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Georg Moberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Kahn having to interfere. Albin Holweck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Svanberg having to interfere. The supporters of Black is Back booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Dreifuss didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Georg Moberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Georg Moberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tommy Kahn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Carl Eckegren made in the 87th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ciro Gava immediately put the ball in play. In the 89th minute, Georg Moberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommy Kahn was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0.
