After some careless play in the Dymarki Wejherowo defense, Gijsbert ter Kruimer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ryszard Zembrzuski. The Dymarki Wejherowo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ryszard Zembrzuski should have stopped the shot. Ryszard Zembrzuski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tymoteusz Chazon during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 19th match minute, Dymarki Wejherowo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tymoteusz Chazon to maneuver through the defense. Ryszard Zembrzuski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Oladipupo Kupareo could shoot a difficult shot in the 36th minute, which Arnout Reekers however easily saved by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustaaf Groeneveldt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ryszard Zembrzuski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lars Meesters fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ryszard Zembrzuski having to interfere. After 43 minutes of play Dymarki Wejherowo's Tymoteusz Chazon was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Dymarki Wejherowo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tymoteusz Chazon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ryszard Zembrzuski having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kaba Nosek was the one to do the kick off. Gustaaf Groeneveldt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ryszard Zembrzuski having to make a save. An unexpected shot in the 54th minute by Gustaaf Groeneveldt got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 55 minutes into the match, Dymarki Wejherowo's goalkeeper Ryszard Zembrzuski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt. In the 57th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ryszard Zembrzuski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. In the 60th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ryszard Zembrzuski. The goal made the score 0-7. Wim Wilmes was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 64th minute. Netherlands's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wim Wilmes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Netherlands's Wim Wilmes managed to work through Dymarki Wejherowo's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Wim Wilmes dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Dymarki Wejherowo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Netherlands the free kick. In the 95th minute, Oladipupo Kupareo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Dymarki Wejherowo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Netherlands were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
