NINHO DOS FALCÕES
Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pietro Santos kicked off to start the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pietro Santos in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maxime Durand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FALCÕES VERDES's Pietro Santos got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pietro Santos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Maxime Durand made a huge save. Thomás Fernandes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camille Baume, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maxime Durand was a little too slow when Pietro Santos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 1-0. With a little luck, France's Maxime Durand got control of the ball when Pietro Santos tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Frank Peletier sped through FALCÕES VERDES's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Thomás Fernandes. In the 27th minute, Pietro Santos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Maxime Durand. The goal made the score 2-1. In the 32nd minute, FALCÕES VERDES's Pietro Santos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. Pietro Santos scored 4-1 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maxime Durand, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Maxime Durand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pietro Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Thomás Fernandes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remy Dupuy in the 43rd minute of the match. Pietro Santos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Maxime Durand came out and tried to block the shot, but Pietro Santos slotted it home off the left post making it 5-1 in the 45th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Peletier was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to FALCÕES VERDES getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Juvenal Urbano hit a great ball. David Barbier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomás Fernandes having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Jean Bombelles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. France's Maxime Durand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pietro Santos in the 60th minute of play. Pietro Santos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maxime Durand having to make a save. In the 63rd minute Pietro Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maxime Durand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 minutes of play, FALCÕES VERDES's Pietro Santos made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maxime Durand was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pietro Santos struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Maxime Durand didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FALCÕES VERDES. Maxime Durand came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by FALCÕES VERDES's Pietro Santos. But to his dismay, Pietro Santos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pietro Santos in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maxime Durand saved France from getting behind. 76 minutes into the match, France's goal looked a bit too open when Pietro Santos came free, but Maxime Durand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maxime Durand came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by FALCÕES VERDES's Pietro Santos. But to his dismay, Pietro Santos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. 81 minutes into the match, France's goal looked a bit too open when Betinho Lenzi came free, but Maxime Durand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes into the game, one of France:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Betinho Lenzi in the 92nd minute of play forced France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Emre Çeliksu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FALCÕES VERDES fans cheered their team off the field, for while France had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
