Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Portugal's Viriato Moura started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bogumil Pochorylo got free with Wilson Amorim in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 10 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Bogumil Pochorylo came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Mirza Akdemir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Lions Of Turks's Bogumil Pochorylo. But to his dismay, Bogumil Pochorylo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, Lions Of Turks's Emesto Brion got a free kick in the 19th minute. Lions Of Turks's Emesto Brion quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Bruno Bastos, made in the 22nd minute of the game. In the 23rd minute Bogumil Pochorylo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bogumil Pochorylo took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bogumil Pochorylo in the 37th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bogumil Pochorylo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fuat Bayraktaroğlu made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Felipe Barreto sent off a good shot on target. The throw-in from Emesto Brion in the 58th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Portugal's Bruno Bastos. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Pimentel in the 63rd minute of play forced Lions Of Turks's goalkeeper Fuat Bayraktaroğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute of the match Portugal got a corner. Lions Of Turks's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Felipe Barreto ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felipe Barreto got free with Fuat Bayraktaroğlu in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bogumil Pochorylo in the 74th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Portugal made a substitution. Felipinho Amorim replaced Felipe Barreto. A sloppy throw-in by Faustino Almeida in the 79th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Lions Of Turks's Emesto Brion. Fuat Bayraktaroğlu was a little too slow when Felipinho Amorim got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 2-1. Felipinho Amorim received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fuat Bayraktaroğlu came out and tried to block the shot, but Felipinho Amorim slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 87th minute. After a rather tough play, Lions Of Turks's Bogumil Pochorylo got a free kick in the 90th minute. Fuat Bayraktaroğlu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felipinho Amorim in the 92nd minute. 94 minutes into the game, Portugal's Caetano Moreira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fuat Bayraktaroğlu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. The Portugal supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Portugal would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
