In the 19th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chico Pinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the game, Nova Era's Lucas Beltrán nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Lucas Beltrán sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Lucas Beltrán's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Frank Sachss short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Chico Pinho to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Ulrich Stein hit a great ball. Remigiusz Labus made in the 76th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Alpheios Logarakis however managed to control. After 79 minutes of play, Nova Era's Lucas Beltrán made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Beltrán in the 82nd minute of play. Guaberto Rocio kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Germany's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
