Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Adam Olaru made the kick off and thus started the match. The Romania fans' excitement grew in the 4th match minute when Romania's Adam Olaru looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Olaru in the 7th minute of play forced Espen Steelers's goalkeeper Fabian Honauer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabian Honauer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rasvan Cristescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Carol Stinga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Williams Imholz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabian Honauer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Olaru in the 20th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Adam Olaru's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabian Honauer was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Fabian Honauer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Olaru in the 27th minute of play. Carol Stinga made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Alain Berset sent off a good shot on target. 34 minutes into the game, Rogelio Montez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Carol Stinga. Rogelio Montez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. 37 minutes into the match, Espen Steelers's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Olaru came free, but Fabian Honauer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nino Schurter hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Adam Olaru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabian Honauer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. The corner ended in Alex Serban almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Espen Steelers's Fabian Honauer did a great save. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Alex Serban sped through Espen Steelers's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fabian Honauer. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Fabian Honauer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Olaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After a rather tough play, Romania's Filip Stefan got a free kick in the 58th minute. Romania's Anton Stinga was substituted for Adam Olaru. In the 59th match minute, Romania was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filip Stefan to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute, Eugen Nita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 61 played minutes Romania got a freekick which was hit by Eugen Nita. In the 65th minute Romania were awarded a corner. Sanda Cutov went to the cornerflag to take it. Fabian Honauer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anton Stinga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabian Honauer came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Romania's Anton Stinga. But to his dismay, Anton Stinga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Espen Steelers made a substitution. Ştefan Lupea replaced Rogelio Montez. Espen Steelers's Patricio Clerc was substituted for Williams Imholz. Fabian Honauer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octavian Vaduva in the 77th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alain Berset in the 81st minute of play forced Romania's goalkeeper Carol Stinga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rasvan Cristescu's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Fabian Honauer firmly grabbed it by the left post. Fabian Honauer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Stinga in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute Octavian Vaduva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Honauer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Stinga in the 89th minute of play forced Espen Steelers's goalkeeper Fabian Honauer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octavian Vaduva in the 90th minute of play forced Espen Steelers's goalkeeper Fabian Honauer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 93 played minutes Espen Steelers got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Giacometti. When the final whistle sounded Romania left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Espen Steelers.
