Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Edward Vanderstraeten got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Marius Macovei came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Casper Claes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 12 played minutes Borussia Dortmund MZB got a freekick which was hit by Marius Macovei. After 14 minutes Borussia Dortmund MZB's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edward Vanderstraeten who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Belgium's Siebe Michiels to a score. 0-1 in the 15th minute. In the 19th minute Yves Dervaux shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mazarópi Barros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Belgium getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Lenny Clocheret hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Marius Macovei came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Lenny Clocheret hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mazarópi Barros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Casper Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marius Macovei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marius Macovei. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marius Macovei got free with Casper Claes in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fiori Macedo kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Dedé Maldini kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Marius Macovei could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Casper Claes made a huge save. Casper Claes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marius Macovei in the 38th minute. Lenny Clocheret hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. After 40 played minutes Belgium got a freekick which was hit by Nigel Devos. 42 minutes in the game Luis Blasi after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Casper Claes. A very good opportunity. Mazarópi Barros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yves Dervaux, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Borussia Dortmund MZB's Justino Abarca was substituted for Luís Fabiano Leão. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marius Macovei to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Marius Macovei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marius Macovei in the 72nd minute of the match. Mazarópi Barros made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 76th minute. Mazarópi Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yves Dervaux in the 77th minute of play. Borussia Dortmund MZB's Mazarópi Barros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 81st minute of play. 84 minutes into the game, Borussia Dortmund MZB's Marius Macovei nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Blasi in the 97th minute of play forced Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Borussia Dortmund MZB booed when Belgium was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nigel Devos didn't get a good kick on the ball.
