Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gijsbert ter Kruimer started the match with the kick off. Wim Wilmes took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enzo Rodriguez. Enzo Rodriguez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Enzo Rodriguez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Enzo Rodriguez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. Ernesto Guevara SyD's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. Lars Meesters was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustaaf Groeneveldt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enzo Rodriguez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Enzo Rodriguez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Eikelkamp in the 34th minute of play. In the 36th minute Netherlands were awarded a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Lars Meesters got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Enzo Rodriguez quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Enzo Rodriguez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 39th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Beto Almada to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Lars Meesters sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Enzo Rodriguez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ernesto Guevara SyD's Enzo Rodriguez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ernesto Guevara SyD's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was slow to take the kick. During this time Netherlands's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Gijsbert ter Kruimer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ernesto Guevara SyD's Enzo Rodriguez did a great save. Kees Mooiweer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Rodriguez having to interfere. Enzo Rodriguez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Wilmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Gustaaf Groeneveldt's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 66thth minute, Enzo Rodriguez skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 68th minute Lars Meesters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Rodriguez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pascual Bernat kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Ernesto Guevara SyD's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Meesters came free, but Enzo Rodriguez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lars Meesters blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Enzo Rodriguez having to make a save. If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enzo Rodriguez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wim Wilmes in the 79th minute. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Rodriguez having to interfere. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pascual Bernat in the 87th minute of play. Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th match minute, Ernesto Guevara SyD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximo Geofredo to maneuver through the defense. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lionel Richie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Ernesto Guevara SyD supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Netherlands's performance. The match ended with a win for Netherlands.
