Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Italy's Zaccheo Andolina started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 2 minutes, Jose Heredia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Downchester City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jose Heredia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Flavio Vittori was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jose Heredia showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 8th minute of play forced Downchester City's goalkeeper Fumo Canuto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jose Heredia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Flavio Vittori made a huge save. Jose Heredia received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Flavio Vittori came out and tried to block the shot, but Jose Heredia slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 13th minute. Zaccheo Andolina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Fumo Canuto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Italy's Flavio Vittori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Heredia in the 19th minute of play. In the 26th minute Sigfrido Auletta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fumo Canuto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 27 minutes, Gomberto Picozzi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Italy and the Downchester City players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gomberto Picozzi kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Italy were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Downchester City's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sigfrido Auletta took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Downchester City's goalie and right to Sostene Vitulli. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Downchester City's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Fabio Bouzas hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Garoa Bencoiechea hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Jose Heredia made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Jose Heredia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Flavio Vittori was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. With an all-out effort, Italy's Fumo Canuto threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zaccheo Andolina, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 61 minutes had been played when some careless play by Downchester City's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sigfrido Auletta was slow to take the kick. During this time Italy's players had a chance to rest. After 61 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Downchester City! Sigfrido Auletta placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! 68 minutes into the match, Sigfrido Auletta notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Downchester City's Fumo Canuto. Fumo Canuto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 76th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fumo Canuto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zaccheo Andolina made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 85thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Fumo Canuto would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Italy's Guiscardo Davide was substituted for Sigfrido Auletta. The corner ended in Porziano Marchitelli almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Downchester City's Fumo Canuto did a great save. After a rather tough play, Downchester City's Liberto Guasch got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 94th minute, Liberto Guasch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Italy's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Downchester City had won, even though Italy had held more of the ball.
