Thanks to some nice moves Zhao Sen Yang could shoot a difficult shot in the 5th minute, which Maurino Serena however easily saved by the left post. 6 minutes into the match, A.D. Alcorcón's goal looked a bit too open when Zhao Sen Yang came free, but Maurino Serena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by İlhami Akyazıcı in the 8th minute of play forced A.D. Alcorcón's goalkeeper Maurino Serena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the match, A.D. Alcorcón's goal looked a bit too open when Primitivo Grau came free, but Maurino Serena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maurino Serena made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zhao Sen Yang in the 12th minute. Maurino Serena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Primitivo Grau in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute İlhami Akyazıcı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurino Serena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maurino Serena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İlhami Akyazıcı, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 21 minutes into the match, A.D. Alcorcón's goalkeeper Maurino Serena had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Petre Iftode. After 21st play minutes Primitivo Grau shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Maurino Serena and just under the crossbar into goal. Maurino Serena made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Zhao Sen Yang sent off a good shot on target. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Olov Ahlbeck in the 30th minute. The corner led Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Olov Ahlbeck to fire away a dangerous shot which Maurino Serena despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Zhao Sen Yang slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Maurino Serena. That made the score 3-0 after 32 minutes of play. Maurino Serena made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zhao Sen Yang in the 36th minute. In the 38th minute Erlantz Bermejo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Chiuzbaian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Emmanuel Otero in the 41st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Grigore Maghiran. İlhami Akyazıcı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurino Serena having to interfere. Maurino Serena made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Zhao Sen Yang sent off a good shot on target. 49 minutes had been played when some careless play by A.D. Alcorcón's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Olov Ahlbeck was slow to take the kick. During this time Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s corner Olov Ahlbeck fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Maurino Serena quite easily take care of the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zhao Sen Yang to make the kick off. When Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Zhao Sen Yang in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye A.D. Alcorcón's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maurino Serena. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s goalkeeper Ivan Chiuzbaian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Primitivo Grau managed to get in a good position for a shot. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s supporters rose to their feet, but Primitivo Grau was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maurino Serena breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 80 minutes into the match, A.D. Alcorcón's goal looked a bit too open when Zhao Sen Yang came free, but Maurino Serena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mugurel Pandele fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurino Serena having to interfere. In the 84th minute Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- were awarded a corner. Olov Ahlbeck went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Emil Wielopolski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Maurino Serena quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Maurino Serena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Primitivo Grau in the 86th minute of the match. In the 90th minute Primitivo Grau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurino Serena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maurino Serena came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Zhao Sen Yang. But to his dismay, Zhao Sen Yang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. In the 96th minute Zhao Sen Yang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurino Serena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Primitivo Grau in the 97th minute of play forced A.D. Alcorcón's goalkeeper Maurino Serena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
