Big Saver came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by A.D. Alcorcón's Belo Alvarez. But to his dismay, Belo Alvarez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 12 minutes into the match, -BZF- Barca de Buzau's goal looked a bit too open when Belo Alvarez came free, but Big Saver reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Big Saver took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erlantz Bermejo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Belo Alvarez managed to get in a good position for a shot. A.D. Alcorcón's supporters rose to their feet, but Belo Alvarez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Big Saver breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Manuel Drăgănoiu in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maurino Serena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Erlantz Bermejo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Big Saver read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. After 27 minutes -BZF- Barca de Buzau's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nereo Acosta who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to A.D. Alcorcón's Emmanuel Otero getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Erlantz Bermejo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alcorcón's goalkeeper Maurino Serena, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 41st minute, Belo Alvarez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A.D. Alcorcón fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Belo Alvarez to make the kick off. Big Saver made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Belo Alvarez sent off a good shot on target. In the 55th minute, Manuel Drăgănoiu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 59th minute Erlantz Bermejo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Big Saver saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Big Saver showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erlantz Bermejo in the 61st minute of the match. Maxim Lupașcu made a great header on -BZF- Barca de Buzau's corner, it was just that A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 75th minute Erlantz Bermejo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Big Saver saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sandu Cojocaru hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute, Sandu Cojocaru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erlantz Bermejos short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Big Saver to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a little luck, -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Big Saver got control of the ball when Leroy Antunez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 85 minutes, Big Saver successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 86th minute of the match A.D. Alcorcón got a corner. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leroy Antunez ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led A.D. Alcorcón's Leroy Antunez to fire away a dangerous shot which Big Saver despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Erlantz Bermejo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 86thth minute, Big Saver skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a defensive mix-up in -BZF- Barca de Buzau's zone, Leroy Antunez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Big Saver came out of the goal and Leroy Antunez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's Big Saver played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leroy Antunez in the 92nd minute of play. When the match was over A.D. Alcorcón could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than -BZF- Barca de Buzau throughout the match.
