In the 3rd minute Korneliusz Sobania shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mădălin Lunca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Raureni Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Kryspin Pisarczyk came free, but Mădălin Lunca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mădălin Lunca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kryspin Pisarczyk in the 8th minute of the match. Mădălin Lunca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Korneliusz Sobania in the 10th minute of play. Raureni Academy's Mădălin Lunca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Raureni Academy from getting a goal against them. Mădălin Lunca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giuseppe Preca in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Raureni Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Artur Kissel came free, but Mădălin Lunca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mădălin Lunca made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Giuseppe Preca sent off a good shot on target. 27 minutes into the match, Korneliusz Sobania notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Raureni Academy's Mădălin Lunca. Mădălin Lunca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Raureni Academy's goalkeeper Mădălin Lunca, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Giuseppe Preca in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mădălin Lunca saved Raureni Academy from getting behind. In the 35th match minute, Raureni Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cazimir Traian to maneuver through the defense. Mădălin Lunca made an important save on a dangerous shot by Giuseppe Preca in the 42nd minute. Sylwester Domeradzki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorel Balint in the 44th minute of the match. Raureni Academy's defense didn't have a chance, in the 46th minute, when Radomir Paprotny scored to the left of an out of position Mădălin Lunca, making the score, 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Giuseppe Preca to make the kick off. The throw-in from Cazimir Traian in the 53rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Wiktoria Zajafka's Patrik Tørnstrøm. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giuseppe Preca in the 54th minute of play forced Raureni Academy's goalkeeper Mădălin Lunca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Giuseppe Preca came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Wiktoria Zajafka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Giuseppe Preca couldn't finish the play. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Raureni Academy's goalkeeper Mădălin Lunca, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by Raureni Academy's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kryspin Pisarczyk was slow to take the kick. During this time Wiktoria Zajafka's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Kryspin Pisarczyk almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Raureni Academy's Mădălin Lunca did a great save. When Wiktoria Zajafka's Artur Kissel in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Raureni Academy's goalie prevented a goal. Mădălin Lunca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artur Kissel in the 71st minute of play. After taking down the ball on Wiktoria Zajafka's corner Kryspin Pisarczyk fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mădălin Lunca quite easily take care of the ball. Wiktoria Zajafka's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kryspin Pisarczyk in the 82nd minute. The corner led to Wiktoria Zajafka's Artur Kissel getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Martin Žiška had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mădălin Lunca. Raureni Academy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Martin Žiška was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. The throw-in from Virgil Ciocârlan in the 92nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Wiktoria Zajafka's Patrik Tørnstrøm. After some careless play in the Raureni Academy defense, Martin Žiška kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mădălin Lunca. The Raureni Academy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mădălin Lunca should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the Wiktoria Zajafka players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
