Zvonimir Prestin started the match with the kick off. Kai Förster kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. PoWer SC 2K5's David Rotariu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Korneliusz Barna in the 5th minute of play. After 6 minutes PoWer SC 2K5's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Filip Negulici who took care of the corner kick. In the 8th match minute, PoWer SC 2K5 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kai Förster to maneuver through the defense. In the 9thth minute of the game Xerxes Doro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PoWer SC 2K5's David Rotariu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 9 minutes in the game, Xerxes Doro dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 11th minute, PoWer SC 2K5's Hector Todor dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. David Rotariu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Korneliusz Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Patrick Middendorf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zvonimir Prestin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Peter having to interfere. PoWer SC 2K5's David Rotariu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Korneliusz Barna in the 41st minute of play. After taking down the ball on Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's corner Filip Negulici fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and David Rotariu quite easily take care of the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Korneliusz Barna made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Korneliusz Barna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's supporters rose to their feet, but Korneliusz Barna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Rotariu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paul Stoian kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. PoWer SC 2K5 were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Matthew Wagner took the corner. PoWer SC 2K5's David Rotariu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xerxes Doro in the 83rd minute of play. With a little luck, PoWer SC 2K5's David Rotariu got control of the ball when Filip Negulici tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 88th minute Hector Todor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Peter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zvonimir Prestin might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Flavio Peter. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zvonimir Prestin ran back to his position shaking his head. 94 minutes into the match, Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's goal looked a bit too open when Zvonimir Prestin came free, but Flavio Peter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There was no doubt that PoWer SC 2K5 were the better team. PoWer SC 2K5's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
