Bogdan Ignătoiu made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Popcorn Miner sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the -BZF- Barca de Buzau defense, Popcorn Miner kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bogdan Ignătoiu. The -BZF- Barca de Buzau fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bogdan Ignătoiu should have stopped the shot. CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's Popcorn Miner got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 34 minutes -BZF- Barca de Buzau's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dodorol Miner who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's corner Dodorol Miner fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bogdan Ignătoiu quite easily take care of the ball. Bogdan Ignătoiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Popcorn Miner, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After a defensive mix-up in -BZF- Barca de Buzau's zone, Popcorn Miner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bogdan Ignătoiu came out of the goal and Popcorn Miner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bogdan Ignătoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Popcorn Miner in the 44th minute of the match. After having played for 47 minutes, Popcorn Miner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's supporters crossed their fingers, but Popcorn Miner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Popcorn Miner to strike the kick off in the second half. When Popcorn Miner came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Popcorn Miner couldn't finish the play. Manuel Drăgănoiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
