The wind increased when Çetin Kantürk made the kick off in the second half. The corner went over the outstretched arms of FC Ruscova's goalie and right to Wim Wilmes. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Arnout Reekers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 90 played minutes FC Ruscova got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Şoimu. Emilian Marina kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Despite being the better team, Netherlands failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
