Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Plácido Conde made the kick off and thus started the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 9th minute of play forced Gröne Jägarens BK's goalkeeper Karl-Magnus Eriksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Netherlands's Lars Meesters was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Karl-Magnus Eriksson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Plácido Conde tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Plácido Conde in the 26th minute. Wim Wilmes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Karl-Magnus Eriksson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Gröne Jägarens BK's 何阳鹏 got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karl-Magnus Eriksson. Karl-Magnus Eriksson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 何阳鹏 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Arnout Reekers made a huge save. Wim Wilmes struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Karl-Magnus Eriksson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Netherlands. After having played for 47 minutes, Wim Wilmes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wim Wilmes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Netherlands were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gijsbert ter Kruimer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Karl-Magnus Eriksson came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer. But to his dismay, Gijsbert ter Kruimer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Karl-Magnus Eriksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Meesters in the 59th minute of play forced Gröne Jägarens BK's goalkeeper Karl-Magnus Eriksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Netherlands's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 60th minute. The corner ended in Lars Meesters almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gröne Jägarens BK's Karl-Magnus Eriksson did a great save. In the 62nd minute of the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt got a very nice opportunity to score, but Karl-Magnus Eriksson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Gustaaf Groeneveldt received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Karl-Magnus Eriksson came out and tried to block the shot, but Gustaaf Groeneveldt slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 67th minute. David Eikelkamp kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 76th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Magnus Eriksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Plácido Conde came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Gröne Jägarens BK's Plácido Conde in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Netherlands's goalie prevented a goal. Gröne Jägarens BK's Karl-Magnus Eriksson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Gröne Jägarens BK from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gušo Fahlgren during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Netherlands booed when Gröne Jägarens BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gušo Fahlgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Netherlands's Karl-Magnus Eriksson threw himself towards the right post 92 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gustaaf Groeneveldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Karl-Magnus Eriksson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Netherlands had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
