Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Frank Sachs made the kick off and thus started the match. After 3 minutes of play, Germany's Frank Sachs made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emiliano Rondinelli was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emiliano Rondinelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 6th minute of play. After some careless play in the AC Morena defense, Frank Sachs kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emiliano Rondinelli. The AC Morena fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emiliano Rondinelli should have stopped the shot. AC Morena's Demetrio Andreola quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Willy Stieler, made in the 12th minute of the game. AC Morena's attentive Cristiano Ruggieri managed to snatch the ball when Chris Mergenthaler made a throw-in in the 14th minute of the game. After having played for 20 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ulrich Stein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Emiliano Rondinelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Sachs in the 27th minute of play forced AC Morena's goalkeeper Emiliano Rondinelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Rondinelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the game, Frank Sachs cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Emiliano Rondinelli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Frank Sachs put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Emiliano Rondinelli. Emiliano Rondinelli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frank Sachs's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Linus Schwerner made in the 44th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by AC Morena's Demetrio Andreola. 47 minutes into the game, Malte Schiele threw the ball into play from the sideline. AC Morena's Cristiano Ruggieri quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alvise Di Francesco to make the kick off. Demetrio Andreola made in the 52nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Alberigo Di Lullo immediately put the ball in play. 58 minutes into the match, Frank Sachs had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emiliano Rondinelli. AC Morena's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Frank Sachs was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. 61 minutes into the game, Linus Schwerner threw the ball into play from the sideline. AC Morena's Daniele Minichiello quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 67th minute, Frank Sachs reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Emiliano Rondinelli. The goal made the score 0-7. AC Morena's Emiliano Rondinelli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save AC Morena from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Chris Mergenthaler hit a great ball. Emiliano Rondinelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albin Holweck, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano Rondinelli having to interfere. Emiliano Rondinelli came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Germany's Frank Sachs. But to his dismay, Frank Sachs quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. The crowd rose to their feet as Frank Sachs kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emiliano Rondinelli. That made the score 0-9 in the 84 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albin Holweck in the 88th minute of play forced AC Morena's goalkeeper Emiliano Rondinelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Albin Holweck hit a great ball. Emiliano Rondinelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Corrado Giacchetti during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Corrado Giacchetti hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. In the 97th minute, Frank Sachs fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When the match was over Germany could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than AC Morena throughout the match.
