An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 52nd minute of play forced Atlético Municipal's goalkeeper Chuan Cintron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Willie Colon's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar De León in the 55th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Chuan Cintron in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Oscar De León sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Atlético Municipal's Chuan Cintron got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Fiola in the 94th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Atlético Municipal fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hungary were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
