Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Antal Valentin kicked off to start the match. AC United's Roger Ekberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 11th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Bernt Carlberg came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hegedus Henrik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Roger Ekberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute, Major Barna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, AC United's Sabin Ieremia got a free kick in the 27th minute. Roger Ekberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antal Valentin in the 30th minute of play. Hegedus Henrik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Takacs Tibor got a free kick in the 62nd minute. The supporters of Hungary booed when AC United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesper Arhenius didn't get a good kick on the ball. Takacs Tibor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roger Ekberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. AC United's Roger Ekberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save AC United from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Balazs Lajos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Balazs Lajos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roger Ekberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play.
