In the 30th minute Nickolaj Nickerson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laurens Vandamme kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Quentin Cobb made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 71st minute. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by Harlow AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edward Vanderstraeten might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Quentin Cobb. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edward Vanderstraeten ran back to his position shaking his head. If Frank Zappacosta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. Harlow AFC's Frank Zappacosta managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Guillaume Bonte in the 83 minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nickolaj Nickerson in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Casper Claes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 93rd match minute, Harlow AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dedé Neto to maneuver through the defense. The Harlow AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Belgium's performance. The match ended with a win for Belgium.
