Adam Matysek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Peletier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robert Chapuis made in the 46th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Gdansk36's Wieslaw Basaik. A collision led to FC Gdansk36 getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Wieslaw Basaik hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

If Frank Peletier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Piotr Kozlowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maxime Durand was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. After a rather tough play, France's Alexis Bruneau got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Frank Peletier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
