Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Simbo FC's Tincho Palermo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mías Khalifa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viriato Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Portugal's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Pimentel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mías Khalifa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Simbo FC's Mías Khalifa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Barreto in the 14th minute of play. Tincho Palermo scored 3-0 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilson Amorim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mías Khalifa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Simbo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Moreira came free, but Mías Khalifa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Viriato Moura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Simbo FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Andres Sanduru hit a great ball. Felipe Barreto fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 49th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball bounced in the crossbar and then went out. It was a very nice shot.

The wind increased when Viriato Moura made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Pimentel in the 54th minute of play forced Simbo FC's goalkeeper Mías Khalifa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mías Khalifa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viriato Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mías Khalifa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viriato Moura in the 66th minute of play. Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias was substituted for Viriato Moura. Simbo FC's Miliano Sacristán was substituted for Tincho Palermo. Natasha Jain made in the 69th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Carlos Trinidad however managed to control. 71 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Sancho came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Simbo FC's goalkeeper Mías Khalifa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felipinho Amorim. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Sancho in the 78th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mías Khalifa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipinho Amorim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute of the match, Bartolomeu Dias tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mías Khalifa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 86th minute Felipinho Amorim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mías Khalifa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th minute, one of Simbo FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Simbo FC. In the 89th minute there was a penalty for Portugal. Daniel Pimentel stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Mías Khalifa. 3-1. Nestor Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilson Amorim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th minute of the match Simbo FC got a corner. Portugal's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sabri Ravelli ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Simbo FC's corner Sabri Ravelli fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Wilson Amorim quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of Portugal booed when Simbo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 99 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Trinidad didn't get a good kick on the ball.
